Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the birth of their baby girl, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, this week, but there's trouble in paradise. Global media reported the birth, with the name credited as a tribute to Queen Elizabeth’s childhood nickname, Lilibet. However, a BBC report claimed that the couple didn't consult the Queen before naming the baby. As a result, Harry and Meghan are now accusing the BBC of libel for the false claim.
Many saw the choice of name as an olive branch to heal the rift between the couple and the Royal Family. Prince Harry said the Queen was the first family member they told about their hopes to use the name, and they “would not have used the name” without her support. The claim reportedly came from “a good palace source” who was “absolutely adamant” that the Queen hadn’t been consulted.

Ed Sheeran has teased a big year ahead, kicking off with his first performance of his new song at TikTok’s UEFA Euro 2020 Show on 25 June. It will be his first performance in nearly two years and the first since he signed to become the face of Gen Z social platform TikTok.
On top of his musical comeback, he has also become a director of his property empire, which was previously managed by his adviser Stuart Camp. He will now take a leading role in the London establishments he owns, including a restaurant in Notting Hill. He is also stepping up in Maverick Properties Ltd, which manages £26 million of his property investments. Sheeran owns properties worth £57 million in total, including an estate in Suffolk, a mansion in London, two properties in Covent Garden, and two flats in Battersea.
Noel Gallagher called Prince Harry a “woke snowflake” and sides with Prince William
Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher weighed in on the Royal drama this week, telling Prince Harry to “shut up” and calling him a “woke snowflake”. He slammed the Prince for "dissing your family," adding, "there's no need for it". He also criticised his marriage to Meghan Markle in the interview, adding: "This is what happens when you get involved with Americans. As simple as that."
Gallagher firmly sided with Prince William, comparing the sibling drama with his tumultuous relationship with his brother Liam. He said: "Prince William. I feel that f***ing lad’s pain. He’s got a f***ing younger brother shooting his f***ing mouth off with s*** that is just so unnecessary. I’d like to think I was always the William.”

Cowell broke his back last year in a shocking accident where he fell from his electric bike at his Malibu home, which almost left him paralysed. However, he says he is “fitter than ever” and plans to raise money for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices through his charity walk.
He has reportedly raised almost £30,000 in just a few days. An insider said: "He has a contacts book bulging with celebrity friends and rest assured they will all be getting calls about donating."

UK television royalty Ant and Dec reportedly earned £41,000 per week during the first half of the pandemic through I’m A Celeb and Saturday Night Takeaway. Despite the TV and film industry taking a huge hit in 2020, new documents filed by the pair’s production companies show an impressive £3.3 million in the bank.
The accounts from their companies, Mitre Holdings and Hurley Productions, manage their TV productions, including I'm A Celeb and Saturday Night Takeaway. But this isn't all they earned. Other roles, such as their hosting position for Britain's Got Talent, are paid to them separately through contracts with ITV, with whom they have a three-year deal.
