Shooting on the up-and-coming road movie is set to begin later this year in the autumn and will be set in Bali and Java in Indonesia. According to sources, most of the film will be in Indonesian and Javanese, with around 35% in English. The story focuses on two Eastern Javanese women who have to return to their hometown, and it follows the story of why they had become migrant workers to begin with.

Actor Martin East from Titanic is directing the movie, and this will be his directorial debut. He will be working alongside Jon Gwyther, who is the UK Director of Photography. The movie has been privately financed and is being made in partnership with Nusa Film in Bali.
